    Exploring The Reality of Imposter Syndrome

    Alfreda shared a snapshot of her truth during a Power Conversation Live as we discussed Imposter Syndrome. She said, “I’ve been doing it so long that I don’t know how not to do it.” I was intrigued and wanted to explore the reality of imposter syndrome with her. Alfreda and I identify the foundation of being an imposter in our own lives often stems from childhood rejection and resentment of having to show up, dress the part and play the role, while experiencing undisclosed trauma, emotional feelings and inner turmoil that we don’t know how to share.     Self Confidence Is Your Super Power!

    Rekena Collins is on a mission to empower women to embrace their confidence and authenticity.
