AI and Human Design | What Instant Answers Are Doing to Our Not-Self

Hi lovely and welcome back to this new episode. Today, I was inspired to share on how AI can quietly reinforce our Not-Self patterns. I've seen myself on multiple occasions using AI to avoid sitting in discomfort or to release the mental pressure of having all the answers. I am surprised by how those new patterns came into our everyday lifes, almost unnoticed. The more awareness we can raise and understanding we can build around the potential influence of AI on the Not-Self, the more authentic and sovereign we'll enter this new era. Especially as we run towards the global cycle change in 2027. In this episode, I share with you: How the Not-Self shows up in the spleen center (fear and uncertainty) and the head center (pressure to have all the answers). How instant answers from AI can weaken your ability to sit with discomfort. How the habit of asking for quick answers can reinforceNot-Self patterns, even when the answers seem helpful. How to notice when you're reaching for AI out of habitrather than real need.A simple pause to try before you ask, and how to use AImindfully without rejecting it. Coming back | On The Human Design Global Cycle Change in 2027 and its Potential for Conscious Relationships

Welcome back to Rewilded Self! After a season of silence on this platform here, I feel called to share this episode with you. I'll be giving a little life and business update, before diving into todays topic. In February 2027 we are changing from the Incarnation Cross of Planning to the Incarnation Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix. After 400+ years of finding safety in community, we are more and more shifting towards self empowerment and anchoring into our individuality. This is not a trend - this is energetic mechanics. What this means for relationships is what I am exploring in this episode by sharing what I've been noticing. In this episode I share with you: Some personal reflections on starting againWhere my work is heading and whyWhat the cycle change is and what is already shiftingThe influence of this shift into the Incarnation Cross of The Sleeping Phoenix on soulmate relationships (the ones that will be formed or have been formed in the past years. #22 | I Learned to Surrender to Life (For Real)

I learned to surrender to the flow of life - Watch the video on my Youtube channel Hi friends! A recent challenge reminded me of my life long learning of surrendering to life. What it really means to surrender without feeling powerless or adapting an “I don’t care”-attitude, infused my life with lightness and trust. Rather than fighting against, I learn to go with the flow and to let go of the need to overcontrol things. and life is giving me challenges to exercise my mastery. I hope you enjoy having an authentic view on what happens in my life. May this inspire you on your rewilding journey. Much love to you! #21 | Inspiration Overload: Finding Balance Before Taking Action | A Human Design Perspective

Dear Soul Welcome back! I speak about a recent experience of mine, I call it "the struggle with inspiration and the urge to act on".   Can you relate? Something is inspiring you so much, you instantly want to make it happen for you too. You have that fire and you are commited to suddendly drop everything and go all in for this new dream. Eventhough this fire an passion is powerful, I experienced that instantly "taking action" leads me nowhere but to exhaustion and failure. But where is this coming from? And how to deal with it?   In this episode I reflect on how this mechanic is explained through the lense of Human Design. I speak about my open Crown Center, my undefined G-Center as well as my defined Root and Solar Plexus, along many other insides about Human Deisgn.   It’s an exemple of how my Human Design Experiment helps me to understand and thus navigate situations like this one in an aligned, easeful way. With love, Shanne   Disclaimer: Please remember that we are all different. What is right for me, doesn’t have to be exactly the same for you. Even if you have the same definitions, a different Type, Profile or Channel gives a whole other flavour to this dynamic. Always look at your Chart as a whole and seek help if you need a professional for this. And lastly, remember that this is an experiment. It isn’t that much about theoretical knowledge, it’s about embodiment and growing through trying. 3 -------- www.shanne-boss.com Youtube Instagram

    # 17 | Feeling worthy regardless your productivity - Interview with Rebekah Moan

"You are only worth something, when you are productive." Todays interview guest is Rebekah Moan. She talks about her journey to a daily life where not productivity determine her worth, but her well-being. Her words to the end touched me deep and inspired me to take even more care about my personal needs and trusting in life. Rebekah's story & her wisdom are here to inspire you to: » Create a life that respects your energetic reserves and valorise rest and being. » Deal with CEO responsibilites with limited energy ressources. » Organize your life according to your needs rather than the other way around. » Apply techniques to regain energy throughout the day. » Work with challenges of being a so called "spoony" in our society. » Always come back to the space of self worth. » Deal with the down moments, when we cannot feel worthy & self -loving. » Well choose your closest circle.
