    In this episode of my podcast, I share an observation I've made over the years: people who are more mindful often seem to be more successful learners. Whether that mindfulness comes through meditation, prayer, quiet reflection, or another contemplative practice, I've noticed what appears to be a connection between mindfulness and the ability to learn.
