    **Recorded on January 3 Reflecting on an EXCEPTIONALLY challenging December, I recognized the connection between my energy and how I receive lessons. In this episode I also share about one of the many lessons that I'm currently in the midst of learning... releasing control. Questions I offered toward the end... Checking in with my personal and relational pursuits, are they bringing me peace and harmony? If this person/place/thing/situation stays exactly as it is, there is absolutely no option for changing it, is it somewhere I want to invest my energy?

    "If you cant handle the heat- get out of the kitchen" 😘 Also- I looked up the definition of tongue-in-cheek and it's perfect for how I feel about the title of this one! Playful, fun, and whimsical! I do think that what I was trying to think of in the episode was more like "pun" or "double entendre" though. Lol!
