Merge carefully, allow extra time, or consider alternatives. Elsewhere, traffic is flowing well. Trains and Trackwork City Circle No trains around the Circle. Services operating Central–Wynyard only. For Circular Quay, St James or Museum, use light rail, local buses or walk. Metro No services Tallawong–Sydenham. Buses replace Metro between Tallawong–Chatswood only. For T1 North Shore Line connections, change at Hornsby, not Epping. T8 Airport & South Buses replace trains between Glenfield, Sydenham and Central via the Airport. From the Airport, change at Central (not Wolli Creek) for Eastern Suburbs, Illawarra or South Coast services. South Coast 2:30 am–12 noon: Buses replace trains between Bomaderry, Port Kembla and Wollongong. Trains continue Wollongong–Bondi Junction. The 2:39 am Kiama–Bondi Junction departs up to 20 minutes earlier Kiama–Coniston, then runs as normal from Wollongong. Inner West & Leppington Buses replace trains between Leppington and Glenfield. Here’s your quick snapshot of the skies, roads and rails so you can plan the day with fewer surprises. Weather CBD: 16.9°C now, top of 21°C with passing showers. Pack an umbrella. Parramatta: 15°C to 20°C, showers. Bondi: 18.1°C to 20°C, showers moving in off the water. Traffic M4 Motorway, Auburn: Crash has the eastbound off-ramp to Silverwater Road closed. Emergency services on scene. Use the next exit to loop back, slow down, and expect delays approaching the off-ramp. Elsewhere: Roads generally light. Trains — final day of weekend maintenance T1 North Shore Line: Buses replace trains between Hornsby and Milsons Point. Use the metro between Chatswood, Crows Nest, Victoria Cross and the City. Late-night buses through to Wynyard tonight. T9 Northern Line: Trains running Berowra/Hornsby to Central, arriving platforms 1-14 only. For North Shore stations, change at Epping or Central for the metro, then connect via buses from Victoria Cross, Crows Nest or Chatswood. T1 Western Line: Changed timetable/stopping pattern. Richmond–Olympic Park services make extra stops at Harris Park and Granville; you may need to change at Parramatta or Granville. Penrith–Central services to platforms 1-14 only.
