One Night in Bangkok

Overall this is a very nice podcast. The real highlight is the show’s co-host, Earn—I wish she was given a little more space to share her perspective. Often the host will talk over her or correct her before she’s finished talking—it doesn’t seem malicious, just maybe his habit. They seem close, though, it’s not combative or unpleasant. Aside from that, the topics are well chosen, it’s well produced, and some of the guests have nice perspectives and info, too. Definitely worth a listen if you’re interested in life in Bangkok.

Entertaining, informative, offers unique insight into culture and opinions of locals and expats. The only negative aspect is that they somehow end up talking about the same clubs despite the varying title topics of the episodes. I must have heard at least 10 times about the RCA area having mostly Chinese, Koreans and Asians particularly two clubs by the names of Route 66 and Space +. Idk anything about the Bangkok club scene but if anyone ever asks me I know what to say 🥸

This show is unlistenable. There’s no flow to it. The moderator asks dumb Thai women and his buddy where they like to hang out and what scams there are in Thailand. They literally go in a circle answering his questions. There’s too many good podcasts and stuff to learn to fall for this clickbait. Listen briefly and you’ll see.
