Probably very often! Well, I am inviting you to take a slightly different look at your beautiful self-doubt! Because it can be a truly powerful thing! Look back on everything you’ve done in your life that you are proud of, or simple have achieved… each and everyone will have started with self doubt in there. So why do we view it as something negative? We, I believe, are conditioned to see self-doubt as something negative, something that holds us back and so by instilling that belief system (by other people and their words and their perceptions) we take that onto ourselves. We feel self-doubt and it triggers something in us that creates a block! Rather than recognising it for what it is, an indicator of self-elevation! Because self-doubt is actually the precursor of self-belief! The precursor of manifestation!     Following your intuition can make big changes to your day, your mindset & personal power

    A lost episode! Bringing myself back into my business. Glimmer Side chats podcast business support ✨

    This is a lost episode. I recorded it in order to be brave, to bring myself back while heartedly but then didn’t release it. I think at the time I touched on some subjects around my son’s health and issues during pregnancy that I wasn’t ready to put out into the world. I also think I was embarrassed by the massive spot I was pretending not to be bothered by 😅 I hope you enjoy this one! I’d love to know what you think. And if no one sees it, that okay too! (Talking to myself there) Anyways, a lost episode with my face all over it just for you hehe.

    It’s so easy to let fear get in the way of your small business. What can we do to move through that?

    Unfortunately, there is always going to be something that wants to challenge and shake you! And at times that fear and feeling of defeat is going to cause you to approach your business from a place of desperation. Which isn't the way. I've personally been in that space, in fact, I'm kind of there right now! With personal "stuff" that's been bringing much turbulence into my brain space, the current state of the world as we know it right now, and the intense demands of being a mum to a toddler with medical needs I've been letting it all get on top of me and, I've found myself abandoning the very practices I'd been growing and cultivating to help me through those times! Working on building your root activation, your centring, and your earthing is so important. It's the space that allows you to just be! That helps you reclaim your personal power and really is the truest foundation for you to achieve anything! And fear, for some odd reason will try to stop you from doing those things that help you the most! And you'll probably find yourself doing self-sabotage actions in its place! So if you're there right now, the first step is the hardest, it's noticing! Next, you need to remind yourself of the things you were doing that helped. And finally, you just have to do them! Sounds simple but it's not always that way and when you finally do get yourself moving, outdoors, deep breathing you will feel the most incredible sense of relief you'll be kicking yourself that you didn't do it sooner!     You deserve to be here! Discovering the power of affirmations, hearing your intuition and more

    This was recorded to just be a Youtube video so it may feel a bit different to normal, but i decided I want to share here as well. During my intentional coffee making ritual I opted for the motivational flavour option and my goodness did it hit! I went out to do my morning Earthing and grounding session clutching my mahogany obsidian crystal tower and cheeky crystal geode that I call my cave of wonders and dreams and had such a powerful experience. During mindfulness and meditation practices you open your mind to receive the messages you intuition, guides, universe, spirit etc are trying to bring to you. Is it just your subconscious? Probably! But believe what you want, when you go quiet and mindful you'll hear the most incredible things. And on this day, I really did. In this impromptu conversation I talk about my experience affirmations which is something I've only recently been open to experience without cynicism (I've always been about intentions). And the huge affirmation that I heard as a cry from so so so many spirits and souls, the power behind it was deafening. And I just had to pass it along. So hopefully if you're here you are someone who needs to hear this. My work is centred around energy work based in the root chakra, deep in that earth energy in order for you to access all other energies in a balanced way. A healing journey starts in the root. It starts in the base and foundations, so you have to focus there first for everything else to flow. Everyone's journey is so so unique and beautiful and this loud and proud affirmation "I deserve to be here" is here for you to take and to claim as your own. I know I have claimed it!     Look to nature for inspiration in your everyday and working life, discover yourself in times of rest

    Whether you're unwell or in a time of "creative block" this is the perfect time to really listen to yourself. We look to the daisies and dandelions with their sun-responsive flowers, opening and closing to receive the sun's energy or looking to their roots to draw in their nutrients. We can do the same! By working on your root chakra, mindfulness and earthing practices when you become unwell or limited you will find it much easier to take that forced rest time, which for many of us with racing brains and overactive minds is incredibly difficult. But by allowing yourself to separate from the worry these periods can bring, you will find out some truly revealing things about yourself! I have spent the past two weeks incredibly unwell from a cold, no it's not "just a cold" and I talk about that in the video. But during this time I noticed that my mind couldn't let go of certain parts of my passion business, or the things I do in my day-to-day that I am passionate about, that I find true and helpful comfort in. And these my friend are the core things that you are passionate about! Because the fire is still lit within you about these things. For me, it reminded me how much I love creating crystal combinations for my fidget rings in my shop! These were one of my original crystal creations and I've been neglecting them, almost shunning them when actually, they're a wonderful creation and my beautiful community love them! And since that moment my intuition has picked up on and heard at least 3 different combinations to really help with that deep work we all need to do! When we are ready.     Stubbornness & Motivation, when things in life get hard | Glimmer Seekers Collective Podcast

    I'm back! after a couple of much-needed weeks off I am back, prompted by my lovely friend asking if I would be doing any more episodes. So a huge thank you to SJ for signalling to me that my podcasts are being received and heard in exactly the way I hoped they would be, a cheerleader friend pondering in your ear. In today's episode I talk about the resilience I have built over my lifetime that helps me keep going when the going gets really flippin' tough. Because life can really throw things at you that make you want to stop in your tracks. For me moving forward and staying motivated helps me ensure that staying in that tough place isn't an option. I also talk a little about the Glimmer Seekers Collective membership and some lovely results we saw for one of our seekers and looking at the interconnectivity of the practical side of running your business and the spiritual side.     Bring Compassion For Yourself And Others Through Mindfulness & Grounding

    Leading with compassion is much harder than it looks. Or sounds. Especially in such a fast-paced world where you're expected to react to something quickly. But I would love you to think about finding a compassionate pause. This is for yourself and for the sake of others as well. By utilising and practising modalities like mindfulness and grounding you will cultivate a mechanism within yourself to find the pause you need in order to override the reactive chimp brain and find the human brain that can take charge with compassion. And this compassionate practice starts with you being kind to yourself! I hope this episode brings some food for thought and you enjoyed the walk around the garden.
