Mom, Kristi, and daughter, Olivia discuss personal mental health trials and successes--and often use media as a springboard for discussion. BIGGIE: We aren't doctors. We only know our own experience. However, I will say that our experience has entailed engaging with general practitioners, psychiatrists, doctors in psychiatric medicine, counselors, and life coaches. Aside from these interactions, we are seekers. We have read a lot. Watched a lot of lectures on topics related to mental wellness. We share these things from our perspective--not as experts. TRIGGER WARNINGS: Given the nature and content of this podcast, most all triggers apply. While we will respectfully include warnings on individual episodes, the following topics may be triggering--but clearly cannot be exhaustive.
