    The Goodness of the Lord!

SCRIPTURE: Psalms 23:6   SCRIPTURE TEXT:   Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Psalm 23:6  DESCRIPTION:  Today in our Podcast. I will share Part 2 of our  BLACK HISTORY MOMENT from Miami, Dade County, Florida.  I had an opportunity to visit Miami, Florida.  My family and I met up with a cousin who escorted us to see all three of our aunts, my husband's mother's sisters, and the last living uncle.  Uncle Marshall Banks will be eighty -six years old on his next birthday.  This is Part 2 of our  Black History Moment.  As we reflect on where the Lord has brought us as a people joy fills the atmosphere’  Psalm twenty -three comes to mind. “ Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.  The blessings and good things in life are enjoyed only because of God.  Time and time again we have faced hard times, but God was always there.  Don’t stop looking to God He has proved Himself to be God.  The GRACE of God is AMAZING just like the songwriter penned many years ago.  It will not matter how it has been His GRACE is still AMAZING. While talking and listening to him, it reminds me of the scripture in Psalm thirty – seven and thirty- five "I have been young, andnow am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread." Psalm 37:35 King James Version (KJV).  Hold fast to God's promises. You will never be forsaken in Jesus Name.
