His connection with electronic music began at a very young age, but over the years his artistic identity evolved into a refined blend of depth, groove, and emotion, shaped by the influence of icons such as Hernán Cattaneo, John Digweed, Sasha, and Nick Warren. This sonic DNA has defined a solid career and a sound that is respected by both the industry and global audiences. His journey has taken him to countries such as Greece, Hungary, Spain, Argentina, Mexico, and more, along with standout performances at major festivals including Summerland Festival in Colombia, Daydreaming Festival in Budapest, Bloque Festival in Greece, and Burning Man – Dusty's Multiverse. Throughout his career, he has shared stages with legendary and contemporary names including Hernán Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Sasha, Sébastien Léger, Tiësto, Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Aly & Fila, Markus Schulz, Danny Howells, Dave Seaman, HOSH, Tim Green, Matador, and many others. As a producer, Juan Pablo has released music on some of the most respected labels in the scene, including The Soundgarden, Balance, Plattenbank, JOOF Recordings, Parquet Recordings, Perspectives Digital, FSOE, FSOE UV, Mango Alley, and his own imprint, Clubsonica Records. His tracks have frequently entered the Beatport Top 100 and received strong support, charting and plays from artists such as Hernán Cattaneo, Guy J, Armin van Buuren, Nick Warren, Tony McGuinness (Above & Beyond), Nicole Moudaber, Eelke Kleijn, and Paul Thomas, among many others. In recent years, his artistic growth has become even more evident. He has received multiple nominations for Best Progressive DJ and Best Progressive Producer at the Culture Dance Awards (Colombia). His Vesta / Evolving EP reached Top 4 on iTunes Italy, while his presence on Beatport continues to strengthen with achievements such as: – #1 New Hype Progressive House with Lost In Love – #6 Progressive House with Inefable – #5 Progressive House Releases with Deep Truth | Unknown Destination – #5 Progressive House with Deep Truth – #7 Trending Artist at Beatport (August 2025) He has also received multiple Beatport Big Banners for Lost In Love, Inefable, Deep Truth, and notable remixes to Taylan – Anunnaki and Redspace – Neuroleptic. His work continues to gain international editorial recognition with premieres, reviews, and press features in outlets such as DJ Mag LA, Electronic Groove, Progressive Astronaut, and Vicious Magazine, reinforcing his global impact, as well as in Colombian newspapers such as El Espectador and El Pais.
