    IN THE CHAIR

    We're thrilled to launch Season 3 of Private Matters, with your hosts Rachel Derby and Simon Thackeray. This season, they're IN THE CHAIR with the Board Members who give their time voluntarily to shape the future of private dentistry. Each episode goes beyond the job title to find the real story: the journey into private dentistry, why they chose to serve the Association, and the experiences, challenges and opinions that don't usually make it into the spotlight. In episode 1 we are joined by - Dr Manrina Rhode - Founder & CEO of DRMR Clinic and DRMR Academy, internationally acclaimed cosmetic dentist, BAPD Director, and one of the most followed voices in dentistry on social media. From training at Guy's Hospital to becoming the first dentist for Harrods and Harvey Nichols, from over 14,000 veneers to building her own clinic, academy and skincare brand, Manrina's story is one of ambition, resilience and reinvention. In this episode she opens up about what the BAPD means to her, why representation in private dentistry matters, and what she's learned along the way. This isn't a highlight reel. It's the story behind the smile.
