    S2 | EP 24: What I’m Noticing Right Now — March

This month I’m starting something new — a simple end-of-month reflection called What I’m Noticing Right Now. What I’ve Been Noticing At the end of February, I felt really burnt out. As a business owner, I’m making decisions all day long — and by evening, I had nothing left. That showed up as scrolling on my phone… even though it didn’t leave me feeling good. What’s Been Helping One simple shift made a big difference. I wrote down things I actually wanted to do (reading, puzzles, journaling, etc.), put them in a jar, and now I just pick one when I’m tired. No decision needed — and it’s been so helpful. What I’m Loving The Mirror Visitor Quartet — a fantasy series that gave my mind a break from real lifeLet It Go by Peter Walsh — a reminder that clutter isn’t just physical, it’s mental too What I’m Watching Homeland (with boundaries — one night a week)Call the Midwife (calming and comforting)Shrinking (fun and something to look forward to) What’s Still Feeling Hard I’m still noticing how important it is to support myself before I get fully drained — not after. Moving Forward This next month, I’m focusing on: creating more spacereducing decision fatiguechoosing what supports how I want to feel A Gentle Reflection Ask yourself: What am I noticing right now? What’s been supporting me?What feels a little off? You don’t need to fix everything. Just notice 🤍 Looking for More Support? S2 | EP 22: Spring Cleaning Your Holistic Life — Week 3

Relationships, Finances & WorkIn the final episode of the Spring Cleaning Your Holistic Life series, we shift our focus to three external areas that have a powerful impact on how we experience our daily lives: Relationships, Financial Health, and Work. Over the past two weeks we’ve explored your inner world: our thoughts, emotions, spiritual life, and personal growth and the foundations that support our daily life through your body and your home. This week we look at the structures around you. These areas often carry pressure, expectations, and responsibilities, but they are also places where alignment can create meaningful change. RelationshipsRelationships shape so much of our experience. This includes romantic relationships, friendships, family, and professional connections. When we spring clean this area of our life is about becoming aware of how your relationships affect your energy and well-being and how we can make small changes that have a big impact. Since this area of our holistic health and life can include a lot of different types of relationships and specific people, for the journaling look write out specific relationships to answer the following questions. Journal Prompts Which relationships feel supportive and energizing? Are there relationships that consistently leave me feeling drained, name these specifically?Am I communicating my needs honestly in these relationships? Are there boundaries I need to strengthen or create? And then ask yourself- how do I want to feel in my relationships (this can be 1 feeling for how you want to feel overall or you could make it specific feelings for specific relationships. And then ask yourself what specific actions will help you feel that way. Come up with 1 small intentional action to start right now. Financial HealthFinancial health is about awareness and alignment, not perfection or who is doing it right or wrong. Money impacts your sense of security and freedom. Spring cleaning your finances often starts with simply looking at them with curiosity instead of avoidance. Journal Prompts Do I regularly check in with my finances or tend to avoid them?Does the way I spend money reflect what matters most to me?Where does money create stress or tension in my life? And then ask yourself- how would I like to feel when it comes to money and finances? What are the actions that would help me feel that way? Come up with 1 small intentional action from those. WorkThe way I approach work is by looking at what we spend our days doing. So it applies if you have a job outside of your home, or if you are a stay at home parent or spouse, or retired. This area is looking at how your work aligns with your values, energy, and sense of purpose. Journal Prompts How do I feel about the work I’m doing right now?Do I feel energized or drained by my daily responsibilities?Does my work reflect what I value most? And then ask yourself- how do I want to feel when it comes to my work? List the actions that would help me feel that way. What is 1 small intentional action to help me move towards that feeling? Bringing the Series TogetherOver the past three weeks, we’ve walked through the 8 pillars of holistic health: Mental & EmotionalSpiritual Learning & EducationHomePhysicalRelationshipsFinancial Work The goal in this is not to overhaul our entire lives, but start to notice where things feel aligned and when they feel cluttered. Getting in touch with how you want to feel and then creating small intentional actions to feel that way. Because loving your REAL life isn’t about perfection or what other people think we should be doing, It’s about getting in touch with who we are and leading from there. Looking for More Support? S2 | EP 21: Spring Cleaning our Holistic Health- week 2 of 3

Supporting Your Body & Your HomeLast week we began our Holistic Spring Cleaning series by focusing on our inner world — our thoughts, emotions, spiritual connection, and personal growth. Because lasting change starts from the inside. This week we shift to two areas that deeply affect how we experience our daily lives: Physical Health and Home. Our bodies and our environments play a powerful role in our energy, our nervous system, and our ability to show up for the life we’re building. Instead of focusing on perfection or overhauling everything, this episode invites you to pause and gently ask: How do I want to feel in these areas of my life? From that place of clarity, you can begin choosing small, intentional actions that support the life you want to live. In This Episode We Explore • Why physical health is about supporting your body — not controlling it • How your home environment affects your nervous system and daily energy • The connection between how you feel in your body and how you experience your life • Why starting with how you want to feel creates more meaningful and sustainable change Reflection QuestionsPhysical Health How does my body feel most days?Do I end most days feeling energized or drained?Am I listening to my body’s signals or pushing past them? How do I want my body to feel? What is one small way I could better support my body right now? Home How does my home feel when I walk into it?Is there an area that consistently creates stress? What small change could make my environment feel calmer? How do I want my home to feel? What is one small action I can take to help my home feel that way? Coming Next Next week we’ll finish our Holistic Spring Cleaning series by looking at three more pillars: Relationships, Financial Health, and Work. Because when we look at our lives as a whole, we create space to live with more intention, clarity, and alignment. Looking for More Support? S2 | Ep 20: Spring Cleaning Our Holistic Health - week 1 of 3

Last month, we talked about love — self-love, dating again, building healthy relationships after experiencing betrayal. If you haven’t listened to those episodes, give them a listen after you hear this one. This month, we’re zooming out. Over the next three weeks, we’re spring cleaning your holistic life using the 8 pillars I teach: Mental & EmotionalSpiritualLearningPhysical HomeRelationshipsFinancialWork And instead of starting with what you should be doing, we begin with a more connected question: How do I want to feel in this area of my life? Because when you start with how you want to feel, intentional actions come much easier. This is what we will be focusing on in week 1: Your Inner World This week we begin on the inside: Mental & Emotional HealthSpiritual HealthLearning & Growth Because lasting change works from the inside out. Mental & Emotional Your thoughts and emotions shape how you experience everything. Ask yourself: What thoughts have been on repeat?Am I processing emotions—or pushing them down?Where am I being hard on myself? Journal question: How do I want to feel when it comes to my emotional and mental health? What is one intentional action that I can do to support feeling that way? Spiritual This is about meaning, grounding, and connection. Ask: Do I feel grounded?Am I making space for quiet? What connects me to something bigger? Journal prompt: How do I want to feel with my spirituality? What is one intentional action I can do to help me feel that way? Learning & Growth Growth keeps you evolving. Ask: What am I feeding my mind? What am I curious about?Where do I feel stuck? Journal prompt: How do I want to feel in this area? What is one intentional action to help me feel this way? Next week, we’ll move into Physical Health and Home—support your body and the space you live in. Because loving your REAL life means tending to all of it. Looking for More Support?
