When the Picture Isn’t Clear Yet: Motherhood, Pressure, and Trusting There Is Enough with Lee Burdge

In this episode, Kirstin sits down with Lee Burdge a mother of three, grandmother of two, and chiropractor currently opening a new clinic to talk about the real experience of motherhood across seasons of life. Through a simple but powerful analogy of jigsaw puzzles, Lee shares how growth often feels slow and unclear at first, but becomes meaningful as we stay with it. Together, they explore the pressure many women feel to “have it figured out,” and how that pressure can be gently replaced with trust, perspective, and the truth that there is time and there is enough. Key Takeaways: *Motherhood often feels unclear in the moment, but clarity comes as we stay with the process *The pressure to “have it figured out by now” can be replaced with trust in timing *From a broader perspective, there is time and there is enough *Christ offers infinite resources to support us in our stewardship *You don’t need the full picture you just need the next piece Memorable Moments: *The jigsaw puzzle analogy and how it mirrors growth and motherhood *The shift in perspective that comes with time and experience *The reminder that we are not meant to carry everything on our own Connect With Me: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/shinemommyshine/ 🌐 Website: https://www.kirstinbaxtercoaching.com/ Email: Kirstin@kirstinbaxtercoaching.com If this episode encouraged you, share it with another woman who might need the reminder that she’s not behind she’s building.

Pulling back the curtain: what I actually do as a coach

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on what I actually do as a coach and what makes my approach different. For a long time, I didn’t fully recognize how the gifts God placed in me especially empathy and teaching were meant to work together to help others. As I began to understand my strengths and how God could use them, I started to see that our talents and spiritual gifts are often given very intentionally to bless others. I also share a story from one of my clients to show what this kind of Christ-centered coaching can look like in real life and how partnering with Him can lead to clarity, peace, and real transformation. Key Points From This Episode How discovering empathy as a strength changed the way I understood my purpose Why our natural gifts and spiritual gifts often work together in God’s plan The difference between trying to fix everything ourselves and partnering with Christ A real example of how one client experienced clarity and transformation Why the gifts God placed within you are not random—they’re invitations to bless others Connect With Me Instagram: Kirstin Baxter| LDS Love & Unity Coach (@shinemommyshine) • Instagram profile Radiant Motherhood Society: kirstinbaxtercoaching.com/rms Main Website: https://kirstinbaxtercoaching.com Email Me: kirstin@kirstinbaxtercoaching.com Leave a Review on Apple Podcasts Share Encouragement If this episode resonated with you, consider sharing it with a friend or posting it to your stories. When women begin to recognize the gifts God placed within them and learn to partner with Him in using them, it doesn’t just change their own lives it blesses everyone around them.
