EP 09 The Perpetually Toxic Parent

As we navigate through healing women's trauma and intergenrational trauma we come upon a heavy stump. While the hope for renewed relationships with our family, specifically our parents will always remain, the truth is much more complicated. There are times and situations that present in our messy human experience where relationship development with one or both parents is not possible. No woman is born thinking I don't want these parents. Often, throughout several experiences she lands on this conclusion. The reason and the "fault party" don't always matter as much as the fact that the pain exists. As she is mnavigating through pain of parental alienation and the tough deicison to go low to no contact with parents she needs support. Here in this space she is you. Hear directly from Mo her experience, failures, and success with this. Lets Talk!

    EP 08 Daddy Drama

Our family connections are important and determine so much about the quality of our lives, rgardless of the state they are in.  In this episode we are digging into the father dynamics. Fathers and daughters often have a very fluid relationship with periods of both closeness and volatility. As a woman this impacts the way we see ourseleves, the relationships we allow in our lives, and the speed and strength at which we are able to emotionally regulate. Oddly enough we don't often realize that the same impact applies to fathers as well. Let's talk about!
