    What Actually Matters: Finding Peace After Years of Perfectionism

    What Actually MattersI used to think December was about perfection. Perfect decorations, perfect body, perfect life. I was exhausting myself chasing something I could never reach, comparing myself to everyone else, and feeling like I was never enough.But I don't live like that anymore. In this episode, I'm sharing exactly what changed-how I went from stressed, anxious, and seeking everyone's approval to genuinely at peace, content, and free. I talk about the Sunday morning moment that puts everything into perspective for me, why I cry almost every week at church, the blind man and his caregiver who remind me what faith actually looks like, being 51 and single and completely at peace with it, and the daily practice that transformed everything. Here's the truth: When you're secure in who you are, when you're seeking God's approval instead of people's, when you practice real gratitude-you become free. And that freedom is better than any perfect holiday, any perfect body, any perfect anything this world offers. YOUR ASSIGNMENT THIS WEEK:Write down 3 things you're grateful for every single day.
