    Reset Refocus

    Mom, if you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or as if you’re drowning in life. It is time to Reset and Refocus. Elijah, after experiencing the power of God and the manifestation of God, ended up fleeing for his life in 1 Kings chapter 19. Elijah hid under a bush and prayed to God to let him die. He had enough of life. Have you found yourself crying, asking God for rest? I urge you to take time and rest in God. Not in the things we think are rest, that don’t leave us ready to tackle our everyday tasks. But proper rest in God. When you rest in Him, you recharge and refocus.     One of the most complex phrases is "in God's time." But I do want to remind you that there is beauty in waiting on Him. In your quiet time with Him, think of how you have grown. How the Holy Spirit has changed you. Do you react the same? Has your language evolved? We don't see the little things that God wants to transform. That is the beauty in the waiting season—the preparation and internal change within. Please don't give up on yourself because God is not done yet.
