    While mentioned in passing, this episode takes us back to the founding episode and ethos of Move The Bowl Please. Over 100 days of the most visible genocide of history to date has stark similarities to the genocides of the past. The Israeli, and complicity nearly all countries within the G7, have persisted in their unwavering support of the massacre and ethnic cleansing of Palestine and it's people. This type of impunity now only signals severe warnings for the rest of humanity, but also how we this type of racist impunity is not new, and how our inaction helps to propagate these cycles of hell on earth.     we aren't really free

    In this episode, we take a bit of a winding path through many different concepts and realities that Black folk face within the west. Through the phenomenon of the shifting face of the manosphere, this episode grapples with the complexity of the current state of unrest that young people go through, and how useless the subjects pop-culture push forward to us can be against the backdrop of racism, sexism, xenophobia; are we really in a society that encourages critical thought? Are we free to image our futures? Can men be sassy in peace?

    This episode we explore the aesthetics of the genre of body horror, as it pertains to race, history, religion via the 2004 feature length ' The Passion of the Christ', courtesy of Acolytes of Horror. The genocide of Palestinians in Gaza, slave labour in eastern Congo, and the 9 month long war on civilians in Sudan are all western backed manifestations of blood lust that use the bodies of Black and Brown people as a battlefield for capital and economic growth. It's inescapable when you finally notice it; but we shall prevail.

Starting small and scaling back, i dive into my own perspective as a young person, my own story with loneliness, and why it's not all because you can't get off that damn phone (it's part of the problem).
