Inside Zoho ‘s Culture with Kuppulakshmi Krishnamoorthy | Startups, Burnout & Leadership

Send us Fan Mail What if Zoho is not a company, but a way of thinking? I began this conversation thinking I was going to understand Kuppulakshmi Krishnamoorthy. But somewhere along the way, I realised I could not separate Kuppu from Zoho. They had almost become one language. A senior evangelist. The founder of Zoho for Startups. A former Global Head of Zoho Startups. And yet, what came through was a way of thinking. Maybe that is what Zoho does so beautifully. It allows people to be themselves because the company itself is not trying to imitate anyone. It banks on originality, and more importantly, it knows how to harness it. This conversation was about Zoho, yes. But it was also about work, identity, burnout, communication, Indian wisdom, and the discipline it takes to build something that still has a soul. There was depth. There was honesty. There was philosophy. And yes, there was enough Zoho in it to make me seriously consider sending them my CV. Here's the full conversation for you. Thank you ! I hope today’s episode brought you closer to seeing yourself and the world around you with a little more clarity, love, and empathy. If something spoke to you today, —share it with someone who might need that same insight. And remember, the journey of self-acceptance and mindful thinking continues. The Real Truth About AI, Data & Careers - Insights from a Microsoft Leader | Mr. Cecil Sunder

Send us Fan Mail I recently had a chance to sit down with Mr.Cecil Sunder, and it is rare to meet someone who actually inhabits the full weight of their LinkedIn headline. He is a Director at Microsoft and a Global AI Thought Leader, but those roles are really just the engine for his true work as a Business Strategist, Investor, and Champion of Social Impact. Our conversation shifted my perspective on more than just the "tech" of AI; it forced me to look at the "how" of our future economy. Cecil doesn't see social impact as a side project; he sees it as the backbone of growth. Whether we were talking about the data usage, mentorship, educating children, enabling entrepreneurship and uplifting women, he kept coming back to one thing: we must be process-led. It is a powerful combination to witness - a strategist’s mind that builds the systems, and a philanthropist’s heart that knows why they matter. Thank you ! I hope today’s episode brought you closer to seeing yourself and the world around you with a little more clarity, love, and empathy. How to make politics a viable career choice? And much more with MP Thamizhachi Thangapandian

Send us Fan Mail Last episode of Season 2 - - Featuring: MP Thamizhachi Thangapandian, South Chennai What does it really take to choose politics consciously and courageously? How does a leader think, decide, prioritise, and hold space for millions? In this episode, MP Thamizhachi Thangapandian brings a depth of clarity and warmth that shows us the human side of political life. Her articulation, her emotional groundedness, and her instinctive empathy make this conversation one of the most meaningful ones of the season. We explore: • How political families naturally train the next generation, just like business families do • Why politics must be seen as a viable, meaningful career path for those willing to serve • The discipline behind prioritising constituency needs • The balance between public responsibility and personal life • The role of education – and why sensibility, empathy, and perspective often matter more than degrees • How ideologies become both the starting point and the compass that carries a leader through public life • Her deep love for the Tamil language, expressed with pride but without diminishing any other language – a rare and graceful balance One of the most revealing moments in this episode is her Personality Decode. It reflects the emotional intelligence, empathy, and mental endurance that politics quietly demands. Her ability to listen, her clarity of thought, and her sensitivity towards people’s lived realities give us a true insight into what responsible political leadership looks like today. This episode goes beyond politics. It gives you a window into the person behind the role – the values, the upbringing, the grounding, and the steady conviction. Watch Episode 10 to understand politics through a lens of sensibility, empathy, and honesty. 🎙 Full episode on our YouTube - At The BRIM (https://youtu.be/90VFRvw8jpo?si=nNNKXP1rqSLOOK71)  Thank you !
