    Avoiding Situationships

    I have stunted my own growth on multiple occasions from allowing certain people to drain my energy. It is so important when you are finding yourself, and especially when you're healing to be conservative with your time, and energy. This episode really highlights how situationships start, how badly it ends and, learning to point out red flags the first time they pop up.

Being in your 20s is already hard to navigate, it's so important to have good people around you who genuinely want to see you win, and who care about you in general.     Here For Me Pt. 1

    Welcome to the first episode of my new podcast 'Here For Me'. This is a new journey for me and I am so happy to be here. Episode 1 goes over where I've been over the last 8 months. In the beginning of the year I never thought I would be in the place I am now. This unexpected time for me has been eye-opening, and has put me in a place to really reflect about my choices, and where I want to be.
