Everyone’s needs and preferences are different, so what works for me might not work for another. Whether it’s cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), talk therapy, art therapy, or even something like mindfulness and meditation, the key is to find what resonates with you and helps you the most. Find your therapy and make it a priority, because when you make "IT" a priority, you're making yourself a priority.

    Personal boundaries help us state and highlight to others what is and isn’t acceptable to us. Setting boundaries has tuns of benefits for promoting overall mental health and well-being. Listen, setting healthy boundaries are important because you are important and if it is not set, you can find yourself feeling taken advantage of or resentful. It helps you avoid feeling burnt out. It is so important because it can form and maintain healthy relationships.

    Slowing Down

    My question to you is, What does slowing down look like to you? Isn't it ironic that slowing down can sometimes be the hardest thing to do. Anyway, it can become the easiest thing to do with practice. I remember a time when I was working so hard in Jamaica but there was always time to slow down and recoup. Although I'm still learning, I just want to share some of my thoughts with you on practising to slow down.
