A very Mercury Retrogrady, Piscean, and then right into Aries message for you on this last day of Mercury Retrograde, and the last day of Pisces season. The Sun (until tomorrow), Mars, The North Node, and Mercury are in Pisces, and there are already four planets plus the moon right now in Aries, so there’s a whole lot of water and fire in the air right now. War is devastating. In so many ways, for so many reasons. And its devastation often ripples through communities and generations in ways that are very difficult (though not impossible) to repair. In this Piscean moment, we are invited to pause and let our hearts feel the pain and compassion for what’s unfolding. Because, as sensitive beings, we feel the heartbreak whether we attend to it or not. We will feel bogged down and confused if we try to ignore the emotional truth. In this message, my guides also want us to understand that the war underway is not being waged only on the ground, or in the sky, or on the sea. But it’s a war for the very soul of humanity. It’s not to dismiss or disregard those who are experiencing the most violent and literal manifestations of war. But my guides do want us to expand our understanding of war and to understand that even those of us not directly in the line of fire are under attack. It’s not to elicit fear, but so that we can rightly understand our situation and therefore respond appropriately. Many of us, very understandably, resist the language of war unless discussing literal war on the ground. Many of us resist using war as a metaphor. Some of us want to turn away from literal or figurative war altogether. But spirit is saying: humanity itself is under attack. Our consciousness, our frequency, our attention, our emotions are being played upon. Spirit is saying: we understand your desire to resist the language of war, however: this is war. If at this moment in time, in our desire for peace, in our desire to “be spiritual,” or in our desire to be respectful, we turn away from the concept, the frequency, the archetype of war altogether, it would be like being on a battlefield and denying that truth, and therefore succumbing to defeat. War doesn’t take place only through physical violence. It’s waged as well through frequency, energy, information, economies, thought forms…. Spirit is encouraging us to take hold of the Aries God of War archetype and lift it up to a higher octave. Instead of turning away from the archetype of warrior, embody it in a good way. For that is the only way we will be victorious over those fighting for the soul of humanity. If we don’t want that, then we need to embody the Aries fire, to stand strong, and to unite as warriors of love and peace. To repress the Aries energy out of a desire for peace will make peace impossible. Spirit says: embody the best of the warrior archetype: courage, desire for justice, standing up for what is right, resilience, determination, stamina, energy, a fighting spirit. And put all that glorious fire power towards peace, towards what is right and true and good. And towards a beautifully fierce determination to focus on what’s important, to not get distracted, to put our energy towards building and creating. Don’t try to side-step fire. Embody it in a good way. And direct it towards the beautiful futures we’re creating. First, though, there’s still some Pisces deep feelings and perhaps some confusion to sift through before we can access that fire power.
