    ✨ Welcome to your #cosmicweatherreport for the week ahead. 🪐✨ ✦ About this week ✦ We've got a really big week in astrology ahead, with a strong focus on your sense of self, self-worth, inner power and how much you trust yourself and your intuition. This is going to be a deep week of inner work, asking you to look at where you've been giving away your power, face old wounds and challenges, and step into a new sense of self. We begin on Tuesday with Venus square Pluto, bringing power dynamics and relationship patterns to the surface, followed by the Sun opposite Chiron on Wednesday, highlighting old wounds that may still be holding you back. Friday brings the beginning of Scorpio season, taking us on a deep dive into self-discovery and transformation. On Saturday, we have the powerful Venus cazimi, also known as the Venus Star Point, alongside Mercury stationing retrograde in Scorpio, bringing clarity, revelations and unfinished business from the past.     Meditation Monday: Moving Prayer

    My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like. I wanted to bring you something a little bit different this week. I'm going to take us through a moving meditation, a moving prayer, so that you can really begin to feel the energy alive within your body.     ✨ Welcome to your #cosmicweatherreport for the week ahead. 🪐✨ ✦ About this week ✦ This week begins to give us hope for the future, but remembering that we are that hope for the future and we need to be the ones that create it. Part of that is in the radical rebellion of slowing down, resting and reclaiming our time and energy. The astrological week begins on Thursday with the Sun sextile Jupiter, bringing optimism, hope, confidence and self-belief, and opening doors and opportunities, but we have to be the ones willing to walk through them. Friday's Mars trine Saturn brings self-discipline and asks us to look at our long-term goals, commit to habits and routines, and begin taking those first steps towards what we want. As Pluto stations direct, we begin a powerful rebirth process, reclaiming our power and growing into the version of ourselves that can hold what we're envisioning. Venus retrograde is also taking us back to 2018, asking us to look at what needs healing, clearing and releasing. Finally, Sunday's first quarter moon in Capricorn brings our focus back to the future and what we need to be doing now to get where we want to be. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like. We have a quieter astrological week this week, which feels like it's really inviting us into the slowdown that this season offers. I know many of us struggle to slow down, equating worth with how much we can get done, and wearing busyness as a badge of honour. So, I want to challenge you this week to slow down. Grab a blanket, put your headphones on, and curl up on the sofa. Gift yourself this time to slow down and rest.     ✨ Welcome to your #cosmicweatherreport for the week ahead. 🪐✨ ✦ About this week ✦ My loves, we have a quieter astrological week compared to last week, but it's going to bring a lot of deep and fiery inner work. Mercury conjunct Venus on Wednesday is going to invite a deep, personal excavation of your heart and mind and highlight wounding around your self-worth. Mars sextile Uranus on the same day will add to this intensity, forcing you to let go of old patterns and stories. Saturday brings us back into balance with the Libra new moon showing us where we’re out of alignment or integrity with ourselves. This is going to be further amplified by Venus square Mars on the same day, highlighting the relationship with your sense of self and others and where you are playing a role or not being true to yourself.     ✨ Welcome to your #cosmicweatherreport for the week ahead. 🪐✨ ✦ About this week ✦ This week brings another week of ongoing soul evolution, asking you to begin to alchemise everything you’ve been going through and move into new levels of self-discovery, self-awareness, self-understanding and self-acceptance. As the Sun trines Uranus and Mars moves into Leo on Monday, there’s a big call into truth and authenticity, asking you to step away from anything that drains your life force and find the courage and boldness to be more of who you truly are. As Mercury moves into Scorpio and opposes Chiron on Wednesday, you’re being asked to trust your intuition, speak your truth and notice where fear or old wounds cause you to second-guess what you know. As we move towards the weekend, a powerful T-square between Mercury, Mars and Pluto, alongside Venus stationing retrograde and the last quarter moon in Cancer, takes you deeper into the shadows, doubts and fears that keep you from being fully at home in yourself.     Meditation Monday: The Power of Gratitude

    My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like. This week brings us the autumn equinox, the time to gather your inner harvest and all you have to be grateful for. We now officially enter autumn, and one of the most powerful things that you can do this season is to have a gratitude practice. So that's what we'll do in our meditation today.
