    what a year it’s been!

    *sighs deeply what can even be said about this year lol God certainly used certain circumstances for my benefit, even if it was at the expense of my old life. As painful as it was, I see now that it was necessary and probably long overdue. Cheers to living a life in freedom, peace and in expectation for all the blessings that have yet to come.

    Welcome back, so glad to have you here! This episode I’m happy to share my personal (and imperfect) journey of walking with Christ. The ups, the downs and everything in between. God has always been in my life but making the decision to intentionally maintain a daily connection with Him was the level up I needed. Over the past few months I’ve really been able to learn so much more about Him and myself as a result so hopefully this encourages someone who may be struggling or curious about doing the same!

    creating a lifestyle you don’t have to escape from

    Ya know… you don’t have to hate life if you don’t want to. I really liked recording this episode because it means so much to me to have been able to create a lifestyle I actually enjoy (and I’m not even done yet). You’d be surprised how simple habits can start to alter how you feel on a daily basis and then those habits build to routines and so on. Please add happy little moments in your world, life is way too short.

    all good, just had to cry about it first

    I’m back and I’m better! :) This episode felt a bit like coming up for air after being submerged underwater. As I transition from one season to another I’m truly learning what it means to give myself grace while finding joy in the “in between” seasons. The past few months have NOT been it but we’re coming UP baby!
