    Aligning what you want with what the world wants from you is a practice of stillness in motion - aka you have to keep moving while being mindful and intention about your choices.     7: Having The Audacity To Believe

    5: Pausing for Oreos & Netflix is Progress

    Even though Tristin stopped posting on LinkedIn, ate a family size bag of Oreos by herself, and binged First Wives Club on Netflix, she still accomplished more than she thought. In this episode, Tristin shares how she gave herself permission to take a break for a couple days, and how that allowed for her to get the clarity she needed. I also guide her through getting clearer on her intention for consulting, what industries she wants to consult in, and in what ways.     1: You Don't Have To Be Good To Start

    This episode is an example of accepting the imperfect and practicing the principal of showing up to navigate uncertainty.
