Manufacturing Content

The community attached to this podcast and the associated twitch channels is nothing short of toxic. It’s a bubble of online know-it-alls pretending to be experts while they endlessly one up each other while doing nothing to battle their own areas of ignorance. Save yourself the time and just listen to C-Span directly, without the intrusion of bad takes. Follow actual journalists to stay up to date on world events. Follow actual experts to understand history and government structures. And if you are looking for activism - this is the LAST place you need to be. None of these folks have any interest in organizing or creating change. They just like to drag people with opposing opinions or more nuanced understanding - regardless of what side you take on an issue.
