    Two months later… the silence still echoes louder than the mic ever did.The Rizzo Show didn’t just lose a gig on August 27th — it lost a fifteen-year partnership, a daily stage, a paycheck, and the version of life that used to start at 6 a.m. with Jeff in the other chair. Mentally? It was a body shot that left me staring at the ceiling, counting bills, and wondering if the next call would be the one that finally put the car or the roof in someone else’s name. There were nights the fight felt like dying in a tent just to stay standing. Then the doctor looked at me and said I looked at peace. She was right. My family is at peace. The rage turned into clarity. I’m still fighting — for my name, for every person this has quietly happened to — but I’m not drowning anymore. I’m building.Have I spoken to Jeff? Once. Texts.
