    If you want to live a life that is FULLY ALIVE ~ this episode is for you! Hear how Creativity, Sexuality and Vitality are intrinsically tied together and feed each other. Oftentimes to open a blockage in one area and find greater expression and aliveness, we need to open a different aspect of expression first. For instance, if we are having issues sexually with our libido, working to boost vitality and creativity FIRST can automatically open up our sexual energy. Exploring and expanding these 3 areas of expression and embodiment has been my personal and professional investigation for years, and thus are the 3 pilars that I will continue to share about on this channel.
