Boosting Confidence and Self Esteem makes letting go Easier

Boosting Confidence and Self-Esteem Makes Letting Go Easier 💗🎙️ Why is it so hard to let go of someone, even when you know the relationship may no longer be good for you? Whether it’s an emotional attachment, a soul tie, or a trauma bond, letting go isn’t always as simple as knowing your worth or understanding that you deserve better. In this episode, we’re talking about the connection between confidence, self-esteem, self-love, and the ability to let go. Sometimes, you know what you need to do, but finding the strength to actually do it is the hardest part. You may love yourself and still struggle with attachment. You may respect yourself and still feel pulled toward someone who isn't right for you. The truth is, building your confidence and self-esteem can help you develop the inner strength, discipline, and willpower to make difficult decisions, set boundaries, and walk away from what no longer serves you. 💗 In this episode, we explore: Why letting go can be so difficult, even when you know better. Lets Talk Spirits...Jezebel? Diagnosis? Why are you stuck in the cycle? Get out! Call the name of Jesus!

🔥 LET’S TALK SPIRITS… JEZEBEL? 🔥 Have you ever been around someone and thought, “Something about this relationship is pulling me away from who I am”? In this episode, we’re going there. We’re talking about the “Jezebel spirit” from a spiritual perspective—whether people recognize the patterns they may be operating in, whether they realize how their behavior affects the people around them, and what happens when spiritual beliefs and mental health concerns become part of the conversation. We’ll also discuss BPD and NPD, including why certain interpersonal patterns may feel especially intense or difficult to navigate when mental health symptoms are present. But let’s be clear: BPD and NPD are clinical diagnoses, and “Jezebel” is not a mental-health diagnosis. This conversation is about spiritual discernment, relationship patterns, boundaries, and recognizing when something is unhealthy—not labeling someone based on a diagnosis. And here’s the question I really want you to think about: What if being connected to someone is causing you to constantly turn to God for strength, protection, peace, and direction? Sometimes the answer isn't figuring out how to change the person.Sometimes the answer is recognizing that you need distance, boundaries, and discernment. If a relationship continually leaves you emotionally drained, confused, fearful, spiritually unsettled, or constantly crying out to God for help, it may be time to step back and examine the relationship. Not everyone who challenges you is evil. Not every difficult person has a “spirit.”And a mental-health diagnosis does not make someone spiritually dangerous. But patterns matter. Boundaries matter. Discernment matters. And your relationship with God matters. So, are you stuck in a cycle? Why are you still there? What are you tolerating? And what would it look like to finally get out? 🙏🏾 Call on the name of Jesus. Seek wisdom. Use discernment. Set boundaries. And don't be afraid to walk away from what is destroying your peace. 🎙️ Real conversations. Real experiences. Real growth.
