    106. Farm Girls Talk About Being Old Fashioned

Call the Farm Girls old-fashioned, but there are a few things they think the world could live without. Annaliese and Courtney are airing their grievances about everything from technology and AI-generated flyers, to invisible money and giant shipping boxes. They also share submissions from other farm girls on how this world could be a little more old-fashioned. Also, surprise! Jomo returns with another Farm Girl Confession involving boots on the ground journalism of a poop story in progress. Annaliese introduces us to Steve and a money app she's trying with her kids. While Courtney dives into beef imports and current true crime. While it turns out the Farm Girls may want to live off-grid in the woods, they still appreciate some modern-day convenience! 104. Farm Girls Unfiltered with Courtney’s Sister

This week, we’re keeping it in the family and welcoming Courtney’s sister, Kristina, for a Farm Girls Unfiltered episode! We’re taking a trip down memory lane with stories of growing up as sisters, questionable childhood business ventures, and plenty of sibling shenanigans. Kristina also shares what it’s like being a corporate girly, balancing work and motherhood, and why being willing to do things scared and be just “okay” at something can take you pretty far. We also talk about fundraising for Bike MS, and why the cause is so important to Courtney and Kristina’s family. Of course, things eventually go off the rails with workplace bathroom etiquette and the realities of pooping as a corporate girly. There’s no doubt you’ll laugh when we get into things we just don’t care about! This episode is for sure unfiltered and relatable! 103. Farm Girls Talk About Getting Kids Interested in Ag

This week we’re talking about getting kids excited about agriculture. From 4-H projects and livestock shows to gardens, pasture checks, and letting kids tag along for all parts of farm life, we’re sharing simple ways to get them involved. It might take a little extra patience, but giving kids responsibility, teaching them the “why,” and letting them feel like an important part of the operation can help grow an appreciation for agriculture that sticks with them. Of course, raising farm kids also means answering some interesting questions. We’re talking semen tanks on the doorstep, explaining periods with farm-friendly terminology, nipples versus “nibbles,” and the things kids probably shouldn’t repeat in public. As usual, the episode turns hilarious as Courtney tells us how she ended up peeing outside Lambeau Field and Annaliese shares about her new buddy, Rick. It’s a wild ride, don’t miss the fun! 102. Farm Girls Unfiltered with Caitlin Schwandt

Welcome back to another Farm Girls Unfiltered, where we sit down with fellow farm girls for honest conversations about business, life, and everything in between. This week we’re joined by Caitlin Schwandt, entrepreneur, educator, and founder of Wisco Cowgirl Co. Caitlin shares how a simple idea turned into a thriving mobile bar business, why she chose to sell it to prioritize family, and how that decision led her to build a new Midwest-inspired apparel brand. The conversation is packed with reminders that it's okay to pivot, collaborate instead of compete, and chase the ideas you can't stop thinking about. Of course, it wouldn't be right without plenty of laughs along the way. From Courtney's magnet-selling business that never quite took off, to Annaliese's childhood babysitter kits, to Caitlin's unforgettable vomiting story, this episode is unfiltered, indeed! Grab a drink and settle in for an inspiring conversation about grit, creativity, friendship, and having the courage to just go for it. 101. Farm Girls Celebrate 100 Episodes (Part 2)

We’re still celebrating 100 episodes this week! This episode is a continuation of last week’s, and we're diving back into the listeners' questions, confessions, and hilarious voice messages we were sent. We're playing a farm-themed game of "Would You Rather," talking farm stands, wellness trends, embarrassing poop moments, and the realities of life on and off the farm. Along the way, we talk about why we're so proud of this podcast community, what it feels like to finally build something that pays off, and why sometimes the best advice is simply to stop worrying so much about what everyone else thinks. As always, the conversations wander in the best way possible, ending with Courtney accidentally creating what might just be her next business venture. Thanks for celebrating 100 episodes with us, and here's to hundreds more! 100. Farm Girls Celebrate 100 Episodes (Part 1)

WOOHOO! 100 EPISODES! Can you believe we've been chatting with you all for 100 episodes? Whether you've been here since day one or just found our little corner of the internet, thank you for laughing with us, crying with us, and making this community what it is. We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate this milestone than by handing you the microphone. In this special 100th episode, we're answering your biggest questions and listening to your voicemails as we look back on how this podcast got started, the highs (and lows) of creating content, hosting live shows, building an online community, and sticking with something even when it's scary. This conversation was just too good to fit into one episode, so we're turning our 100th celebration into a two-part series! Be sure to come back next week for Part 2, where we'll continue answering your questions, sharing more stories, and celebrating this incredible milestone together. Here's to 100 episodes, and thank you for being part of every single one! 99. Farm Girls Talk About Being Nicer to Themselves

This week, we are reminding ourselves, and all of you, to be a little kinder to the person staring back in the mirror. Why is it so easy to encourage our friends while being our own toughest critics? We dive into the guilt, perfectionism, and impossible standards so many women, moms, and farmers put on themselves. From skipped workouts and too much screen time to unfinished to-do lists, they share honest stories about the pressure to always be doing more and why giving yourself grace isn't always as easy as it sounds. Later, we answer a listener's question about entrepreneurial burnout and offer advice on navigating the highs and lows of building a business. We also swap stories about accidentally sharing a toothbrush, creepy Facebook Marketplace pickups, and an upcoming trip to New York City. As always, expect plenty of laughs, relatable moments, and a reminder that you're doing better than you think.
