    ...before jumpers for goals, 'monkey post' was how we mastered the touch/ re-enacting Atalanta heroics underneath a sun burning hot/ like..Amokachi ...to Kanu... feint, drop the shoulder, then shot / post and in, shirt gone, run off being chased up the block... ...a snapshot of childhood dedicated to Borokiri, my old neighbourhood in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

    ..making my way through the hordes of people, I see a face in the crowd as it slaloms through the blur of bodies I try to trace it  tracking those faintly familiar features as it flashes through the sea of faces I quickly filter through past encounters, people and places, tryna place it a matter of seconds before the moment's gone ..where do I know him from? ....Dave?
