Tadatmya: Devotional Alliance

TADATMYA: Devotional Alliance is an experience of community where deep bonds of affection and sacred acceptance weave the space in which to embrace our humanity as the context of our spirituality. This channel houses conversations, reflections and explorations of the seven pillars of RADICAL PERSONALISM, the foundation of TADATMYA—the organic gathering of like-hearted Kindred Spirits. The seven pillars are: 1) Vulnerability that Leads to Empowerment; 2) Individuation that Carves Out Our Full Humanity; 3) Nondual Thinking: Acknowledging that Everything is One, but Never Impersonal; 4) Epistemological Modesty: Remaining Students Forever; 5) Divine Ignorance: Embracing Mystery, Uncertainty and Paradox as the Basis of Faith; 6) Contemplative Prayer: Living Prayer as the Fabric of Inner Life; 7) Sanctity of Matter as Host of Spiritual World ~~~~~~ After being invited to share the principles of Radical Personalism, Swami Padamanabha journeyed around the world, further churning and unpacking its nuances. During his travels, Swami continually discovered like-hearted people who were living their version of Radical Personalism, some of whom may not have yet named or framed the rhythm of their heart as such, but completely identified with it as soon as they heard it. Stepping back and gazing on such a wonderful belongingness that already existed, Swami Padmanabha found this devotional alliance, TADATMYA, in order to give that belonging a place to flow together.

In this thought-provoking conversation, we explore how certainty can shape our understanding of ourselves, our world, one another, and the Divine. In 1976, Srila Prabhupada sent her and her late husband, Jayatirtha das, to England to manage Bhaktivedanta Manor and oversee the UK Yatra. Following Jayatirtha das’s acceptance of the renounced order in 1980, Manjuali continued serving alongside her young son in California and India. Upon returning to the UK, Manjuali worked for many years as a Media Librarian for a national newspaper in London. Later, she moved to the southwest of England, transitioning into the fields of Psychotherapy and Counselling, where she developed training films and educational materials for an awarding body. A dedicated Bhakti Yoga practitioner, Manjuali serves her Lordships in her home ashram and remains active in interfaith dialogue, environmental initiatives, and social causes within her local community. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The name "TAD" reflects our vision on three levels: as an abbreviation of Tadatmya—as a smaller part of a larger conversation—and as an acronym for Toward Authentic Dialogue, embodying our mission to foster deep, meaningful conversations. ▶ WATCH ON YOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ZEQmdFqkyc TAD Talk Series happens every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month on YouTube and Zoom on the TADATMYA Platform.
