Men of Structure with Axel Lionel

Men of Structure with Axel Lionel For men who handle money—but keep attracting the wrong women: in 90 days, build the skillset to land at least 1 date a week with a woman you actually want—without wasting your life approaching 10,000 women, or your money back. This is where capable men become iron men. Most men know what to do. The problem? They're disciplined at the wrong things—YouTube, scrolling, junk food, porn—not at what matters. You don't need more advice. You need someone to enforce execution until the iron identity becomes automatic. Until you become the man you respect in the mirror. I'm Axel Lionel. For 7 years I was a dating and style coach. I taught men tactics—how to talk to women, how to dress, how to have presence. My clients got results. But they didn't change. I realized the problem isn't knowledge. It's identity. Men who can't keep promises to themselves won't keep the body, wealth, women, network, and mindset they want. So now I build iron identity men through consistent structure. What men really want, money can't buy: pride, satisfaction, honor, respect. Those come from discipline. From keeping your word when you don't feel like it. This podcast breaks down that transformation. No fluff. No theory. Just what works to become the man who doesn't negotiate with his emotions. Tom Odell Is Subtly Turning You Into A Kid. Your Great Grandfather Would Be Disgusted - EP 25 w/ Axeel Lionel

Your great-grandfather didn't listen to sad songs when life got hard. he worked harder. thats it. Somewhere along the way we decided "self care" means numbing out. Feeling low? theres a playlist for that. a show for that. Something to make you feel your feelings instead of just... doing something about them. That's not self care my man. That's reprogramming yourself to be softer every single day without even noticing it heres the mechanism nobody talks about What you consume becomes your operating system. sad music, doom scrolling, comfort content, none of it fixes anything. it just lowers your baseline. Your T levels. makes not doing the work feel okay Strong men like your great-grandfather don't run from discomfort, they use it as fuel. simple as that if your feeling low dont feed the low. starve it. go train, go work, go build. thats the only reframe that actually works, not the one that happens in your head, the one that happens in your hands Nobody is drawn to a man whos numbing himself out. not women, not clients, not opportunity. people are drawn to output. to a man whos actually building something Your identity isnt fixed. its built one rep, one session, one hard choice at a time. not all at once, not perfect, just todays rep That's structure. Structure creates freedom if your done consuming your way into a weaker version of yourself and ready to build, you find that answer here: https://www.skool.com/men-of-structur... Gentlemen, Axel You handle money. You should handle women too. The right ones. I help ambitious men land dates with women worth their time — in 90 days, or your money back. Hosted on Acast. Lady Gaga's 'Telephone' Was at Every Party in 2010. Nobody Notices What It's Teaching Men w/ Axel Lionel

You remember this song, right? 2010, 2011, every single party. Telephone baby. Did you dance to it too? I did. Didn't think twice about it. Just danced AND SINGED(!) like everyone else. Then one day I stopped and actually listened to what's being said. And once you hear it, you can't unhear it. I don't know if Gaga and Byonce planed it. But it doesn't matter if it's intentional. Hear something enough times, it reprograms you either way. This song is telling women they're above you. That calling twice is pathetic. That she's out dancing while you're home waiting by the phone. Sound familiar? (Really? are you at home waiting her so she dance alone????? If you do that. You have a huge problem. But solvable.) This is a freame. Most guys have been living in it without knowing it. I lived every version of this. Bc I had many relationships and women. And took me years to catch it, let alone fix it. Most men think freedom is doing whatever you feel like. No schedule, no discipline, nobody telling you what to do. That's not freedom, ma man. That's exactly how you end up the guy checking his phone waiting for her to text back. Real freedom comes from structure. From building the kind of man who doesn't need her permission to be a man. You are a man. This is the short version. In the full episode, I go deeper into why this actually messes with your dating life, not just your music playlist. Curious if you ever caught this nuance. The Most Ruthless People Usually Win. Here’s Why. EP 18 w/ Axel Lionel

The world does not always reward the kindest man. Indeed the opposite. Almost always, it rewards the man who: * moves faster * tolerates pressure * makes hard decisions * says no without guilt * cuts distractions without emotion * stays focused while others hesitate And that creates a brutal reality most men secretly notice but are afraid to admit: soft, indecisive people often get dominated by people willing to do what they won’t. In this episode, Axel Lionel breaks down the uncomfortable truth about ruthlessness: what it really is, why it works, and why most men misunderstand it completely. Because ruthlessness is not screaming, fake alpha behavior, or treating people badly. Real ruthlessness is: * discipline when you don’t feel like executing * emotional control under pressure * refusing comfort and excuses * protecting your time and energy aggressively * being willing to disappoint people to build your future * making decisions that weaker men avoid Because in the real world: the man who can make difficult decisions calmly… practically always win.  Don't lose double.  Win ruthlessly.
