Radiant Thoughts Vol 1: Self-Love, Abundance, & Inner Healing

This episode is a high-frequency collection of 20 soul transmissions designed to act as a gentle, collective exhale. Deeply inspired by the legendary work of Louise Hay and her timeless methodology of subconscious reprogramming, these transmissions are structured to help you intentionally weed out old patterns of doubt or criticism and cultivate a rich, fertile inner landscape. Why this works: The Power of Neuroplasticity 🧠✨ We often fall into old, heavy habits of negative thinking without realizing the physical weight we are asking our minds and bodies to carry. But through the science of neuroplasticity, we know the brain is completely malleable. Your thoughts and words are constantly, quietly shaping your neural pathways and your reality. When you consistently feed your mind with elevated, radiant thoughts, the old, limiting structures simply dissolve away. What we cover in this volume: Part 1: Rooting down into self-love, nervous system regulation, and sovereign belonging Part 2: Shifting your paradigm into the infinite storehouse of universal abundance. Part 3: Melting away the illusion of competition and choosing collective inspiration. Part 4: The Grand Crescendo—moving through the world as an intentional blessing and recognizing the shared heartbeat in everyone we pass. How to use this episode: Think of these 20 concepts as fertilizing the soil of your mind. There is no need to force anything or try to memorize them. Simply let the music and the words wash over your consciousness, allowing your subconscious to pull in exactly what you need today. Loop it on your morning commute, during a quiet walk, or whenever your nervous system needs a beautiful realignment. I see you vibrant, healthy, and living a life filled with genuine joy. Thank you for walking this pathway of growth with me. Enjoy the journey! 🎙️ Listen in, soften your shoulders, and let's radiate from the inside out. The Penthouse View: Rising Above People-Pleasing

In this episode, I’m exploring the deep roots of people-pleasing; how it forms and how it quietly disconnects us from our truth. I share my own story of people-pleasing, the ways I learned to prioritize others’ comfort over my own inner knowing, and what finally shifted when I realized that self-abandonment is not the same as love. Drawing from the work of Gabor Maté and Caroline Myss, we look at people-pleasing through both a psychological and spiritual lens. We explore how attachment shapes this pattern, and how levels of consciousness influence the way we respond to conflict, approval, and responsibility. I introduce Caroline Myss’s idea of the “penthouse view”, a higher perspective where we observe our patterns with clarity rather than judgment, and how accessing this view changes everything. We’ll talk about common signs you may be a people pleaser, real-life examples of how the pattern shows up, and why outgrowing it can feel uncomfortable, lonely, and deeply liberating all at once. We’ll also explore the truth that Earth is a school, and everyone we meet is a mirror, a messenger, or a mentor in disguise. Each moment, especially the ones that trigger or challenge us, carries a curriculum for our soul’s growth. When we stop labeling interactions as good or bad and instead ask, "What is this here to teach me?", we reclaim our power. This is how we evolve: not by avoiding discomfort, but by alchemizing it. Your life is a sacred classroom, and you are ready to graduate from the lesson of self-abandonment into the embodiment of self-respect. Follow me on IG: @becomingthesunwithjowita

The Sacred Journey of Loss – A Spiritual Perspective

Welcome to episode 15 of Becoming the Sun with Jowita. In this episode, I want to share a deeply spiritual perspective on loss—one that has helped me reframe grief and find meaning in the transitions of life. Over the years, I have experienced the loss of five beloved pets, as well as the pain of two miscarriages. Each of these experiences has shaped my understanding of the impermanence of life, the depth of love, and the unseen threads that connect us beyond the physical realm. Loss can feel like a breaking point, but what if it is actually a portal to expansion? What if those who enter and exit our lives are fulfilling a soul contract—agreements made before we incarnated, designed to help us evolve? Today, I want to explore five profound spiritual truths about loss that can help us see beyond the pain: The soul is eternal—death is just a transition. Those we love do not truly leave us; they shift into another form of existence, still connected to us in ways beyond the physical realm.Every being in our lives has a soul contract with us. Before we incarnate, we choose certain relationships and experiences that will help us grow. Even the ones that are brief or painful have deep meaning.Loss is a portal to transformation. It breaks us open, allowing grace and wisdom to enter. Through grief, we can deepen our understanding of love, presence, and our spiritual path. The nature of love is to be present and let go at the same time. Life is impermanent, and our challenge is to love deeply without attachment, to embrace the present while knowing that all things evolve. Those we lose are never truly gone—they live through us. Their energy, lessons, and love continue to shape our journey, influencing us in ways we may not even realize. In this episode, we will explore how grief can be an invitation to open our hearts even wider, how loss can bring us closer to divine wisdom, and how we can honor the presence of those we love even after they have transitioned. We will also draw from the teachings of Ram Dass, Louise Hay, and Carolyn Myss, whose wisdom offers profound insights into the nature of loss, healing, and the eternal connection of the soul. Let's dive into this sacred conversation and explore the lessons hidden within our deepest sorrows. Listen now and step into a space of healing, remembrance, and spiritual awakening.
