    Serving: Permission to Celebrate Yourself

When was the last time you celebrated yourself without needing an accomplishment to justify it? Life & Business Mindset Coach Glasa Gottschalk joins me for a conversation about success, self-worth, and giving ourselves permission to want something different—even when the life we’ve built looks good on paper. Together, we explore what deserves celebrating beyond our achievements, how gratitude and a desire for change can coexist, and what it means to make room for joy before reaching the next milestone. As the year winds down, consider this an invitation to appreciate who you’re becoming and give yourself credit for the quieter growth, too. If you’re in a season of becoming, you’re in the right place. ✨ Guest Bio Glasa Gottschalk—pronounced Glay-sah Got-chalk—is a Life and Business Mindset Coach, owner of G.I.I. Coaching and Consulting, and founder of The Table Community, an inclusive space for women committed to reimagining what’s possible for their life and work.  After more than twenty years leading teams and building businesses across corporate and startup worlds, Glasa noticed something: “Your life, career, or business will only grow to the extent that you do.” This key factor separates leaders and entrepreneurs who sustain success from those who don’t.   Understanding this foundational component is what compelled her to transition her consulting business to focus on coaching, creating a ripple effect for her clients.  She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, and brings both deep coaching expertise and real-world business leadership to the work she does today. Glasa helps her clients break the box, own their brilliance, and make their own rules, so their next chapter isn’t built on pressure or performance, but on self-trust, alignment, and clarity. When she’s not making an impact, you can find her outdoors; traveling, hiking, and camping with her husband and their pups. 01:15 - Appetizer 14:00 - Main Course 48:10  - Dessert 1:00:44 - The Final Sip Links to Resources Find Glasa Here: Website: https://www.gotogii.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/glasagottschalk/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@glasagottschalk/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/glasagottschalk/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/glasa.gottschalk YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@glasagottschalk  Find Savion Here:   URSoul Website: www.ursoul.org  URSoul Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ursoullc/  Podcast instagram: https://www.instagram.com/feedursoulpod/  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@FeedURSoulPod
