Spouses Burnout Too

Burnout seems to be a common topic these days and there is really no imagining why. After 4 years of processing trauma, loosing friends over political views, defending our responders and dealing with an overall increased hostility in the world...we are done! I recently listened to a podcast on Burnout for our responders and it got me thinking...what does this look like for the families and significant others that experience secondary trauma, fatigue and exhaustion from every day life. As Seasons Change
