    Entitlement & Belief: Giving Yourself Permission

    Most confidence is borrowed, tethered to something external. How you look that day, who you’re standing next to, your job/title/bank acct/car. But if you take that away, the confidence goes with it. Real confidence works differently. It’s not imported from satisfying an external standard. Gaining confidence that way actually bleed Judgment Authority. Real confidence is based in your own JA and as such, doesn’t need a reason. It’s the output of something internal most people never fully resolve: a decision about what you’re worth and what you’re entitled to expect. This episode gets into how that actually works. The belief structures underneath social gravity. Why coolness is collaborative, not competitive, and why most people play it exactly backwards. And how if you are the ultimate foundation for other people’s status… you have to be comfortable knowing there’s no one to validate that what you believe is right or ok.
