    77. The Path Back to Your Body with Somatic Sexologist Shauntel Farland

Your body is always speaking. But after years of being taught to override it, perform for others, and search outside ourselves for answers, learning to hear it can feel like remembering a language we once knew. In this episode, I’m joined by somatic sexologist Shauntel Farland, a 3/5 emotional Manifesting Generator, for a conversation about pleasure—but probably not in the way you expect. Shauntel’s work isn’t about chasing bigger orgasms, mastering another technique, or turning sexuality into one more space where we need to achieve. It’s about becoming empty enough to meet what is already here. The numbness. The grief. The contraction. The desire. The parts of ourselves we’ve rejected, hidden, or decided were too much. In this episode, we explore: The period of profound loss that first brought Shauntel back to her body Why numbness is not an absence, but a form of protection Sexual liberation as an undoing of performance, conditioning, and shame How pleasure can become a practice of presence rather than another destination The five tools Shauntel uses to explore the body: movement, sound, breath, awareness, and touch What changes in our relationships when we learn to remain present with intensity Why resisting an emotion often creates more suffering than the emotion itself Simple practices for beginning to listen to the body without forcing an outcome This conversation is an invitation to stop forcing your body to give you an answer. To stop treating pleasure as somewhere you need to arrive. And to begin, slowly and curiously, with whatever is here. Because the body has never stopped speaking. We’re simply remembering how to listen. Connect with Shauntel: InstagramShe Remembers Connect with Erin: InstagramThe Greenhouse

    76. Is Your Discomfort a Warning or a Growth Edge?

What if discomfort isn't something you need to fix, regulate away, or avoid? In this spontaneous solo episode, I'm exploring the role discomfort has played throughout some of the biggest transitions of my life — from leaving my corporate career, to realizing the “dream life” I had created in Bali no longer fit, to learning how to recognize when it's time for another chapter to begin. Because there are different kinds of discomfort. There's the discomfort that comes from living a life that isn't right for you anymore. And then there's the discomfort that comes from stepping beyond what's familiar and expanding your capacity for something more. Either way, discomfort is asking something of us. We talk about what misalignment can actually feel like in the body, why self-awareness means very little if we're unwilling to act on what we know, the tiny ways we can practice moving beyond our comfort zones, and how our increasingly digital world makes it easier than ever to distract, numb, and avoid the very things we need to face. Because building self-trust isn't about never feeling afraid, uncertain, or uncomfortable. It's showing yourself, little by little, that you can meet the discomfort — and move anyway. I also share more about The Greenhouse, my 12-week coaching mentorship for those ready to stop circling the same patterns and start creating real movement in their lives. Applications for the September cohort are now open. APPLY NOW Last Solo-Episode: Receptive minds, resistance, and rebecoming

    75. The Truth About Building a Business That Lasts with Haley Madison

When we think about entrepreneurship, we often think about marketing, strategy, scaling, or making more money. But the businesses that truly last are built on something much deeper. In this episode, I’m joined by Haley Madison, co-founder of ONYX Business Academy, for an honest conversation about the self-trust, resilience, integrity, and courage required to build a business that not only succeeds, but supports the life you actually want to live. Haley shares how she went from growing up surrounded by addiction, moving out at 17, and working multiple jobs to uprooting her life, moving across the world, starting her first business, and eventually building ONYX alongside her partner, Joshua. We talk about: why you don’t need to have the full vision figured out before taking actionthe difference between following intuition and acting from impulse or fearwhy entrepreneurship exposes so many of our deepest patternsthe relationship between structure, nervous system safety, and creativitywhy quick wins rarely create sustainable businessesthe difference between consuming more information and receiving real mentorshipwhat it means to build a business with integrity in an increasingly noisy online industrywhy the most successful entrepreneurs are willing to become someone new along the way Whether you’re building a business, questioning your current direction, or trying to create a life that feels more like your own, this conversation is a reminder that you do not need to know exactly where the path will lead. You just need enough self-trust to follow the first breadcrumb. 71. Self-Expression is the Invitation: A Projector Conversation With Travis Day

In this episode, Erin is joined by Travis Day — a 1/3 Splenic Projector and the founder of the Projector Lounge — for an honest conversation about what it actually takes to live your design. They talk about what happens after Human Design clicks: when the relief sets in, but you realize that deconditioning isn’t an immediate glow-up… it’s a slow, embodied process that requires patience, presence, and a willingness to be seen before you feel ready. Erin and Travis share their stories of burnout, health challenges, emotional suppression, and years of trying to function like Generators… and why waiting for the invitation isn’t passive, but often begins with self-expression. The conversation focuses on what it means to actually embody this work as we move toward unprecedented change in 2027.
