Love banter between hosts, but it feels like y’all just full on bicker. If that’s your vibe, to each their own, and maybe I just caught you on a rough week, but it definitely took away from the fun of listening.

Listen…I really needed to write this review. I know this might not be great to hear but I’m a new listener (tuned in for the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives content) and it’s a rough listen. I know obviously I can just turn it off and switch to another podcast but I just have to point out how unpleasant it is to listen to the bickering. It’s not even playful bickering…the vibes are pretty sour and even though I like the SLOMW recaps I really have to school my face to not react to how off-putting the bickering is (I listen during work/running errands/working out). Maybe this is how you normally talk to each other (which…is a different conversation I guess) but when putting out a podcast for others to listen I think it would benefit the show to be mindful how the dialogue may sound to the listener. Tried to convey that in the kindest way I can and maybe you both could try it too idk. Good luck! 👍🏽 EDIT: I will say your intro & outro jingles are the best I’ve ever heard for a podcast 10/10 no notes EDIT 2: Angela babe I’m sorry to say this but you are the problem you are so insufferable! ☹️

A husband and wife duo where the husband seems like a pro podcaster and the wife is still learning the ropes. Kind of annoying at times, but, hopefully, she’ll learn to speak with confidence and assertiveness.
