How I Got Here... My Journey 1993 (Age 4): My father went to prison 🚪, leaving me without a male role model. I found resilience through moments of connection during prison visits 🎲🤲🏾. 2001 (Age 12): Lost my mother to cancer 💔, leaving me orphaned. I chose positivity, holding onto her memory to guide me 🌟🤲🏾. 2004 (Age 15): Sent to a halfway house 🏠, hitting rock bottom. Watching Hero 🥋 reignited my creativity and drive to build a future 🤲🏾. 2007 (Age 18): Graduated as the first in my family 🎓 while finding belonging with my best friend’s family. I realized I could create my own path 🤲🏾. 2008 (Age 19): Dropped out of college ❌📚, feeling lost. Discovered graphic design ✍️, a game-changer that merged art and business 🤲🏾. 2012 (Age 23): Struggled to transition into leadership 💼 but became General Manager at Starbucks ☕, mastering leadership and marketing skills 🤲🏾. 2014 (Age 25): Doubted my ability to balance fatherhood and career growth 🤰.
