MMM S1E10 7 steps to improve change by using immersion

Monday’s Motivational Message is inspired by change and the CHPC recertification, developed and taught by Brendon Burchard. This video is a snippet from a video on YT and a blogpost I wrote earlier today. It’s a bit hectic to write these posts, record videos and have training, but well it’s there. Cheeky Jo was commenting during the YT live. We talk about CHPC, Brendon and Chicago.

MMM S1E8 7 steps to create a smoother process

Don’t make things too hard for yourself. Doing what needs to be done, even when it’s not entirely to your liking might be good enough. Giving yourself a break to make it better the next time around, works too. Just don’t give up or quit in the middle of the process, without ever continuing on and you are good to go. What am I talking about? About creating a process, which in turn leads to building habits! One of these processes (and habits) is getting the Monday Motivational Message out there . It has to be both motivational and hence positive, but also useful. In addition it’s made into multiple formats. Let’s focus on a process which might require some additional fine tuning, but not to the extension of being perfect. Instead let’s focus on how to add, take out, tweak and change certain elements, which will make it run a little smoother. Blogpost: https://www.ladylexy.com/blog/mmm7steps

MMM S1E7 - 3 Reasons to dare yourself to go do it

Monday Motivational Magic Do you dare to go the extra mile for your dream, including making mistakes? Are you aware that every challenge has it cool moments too? Do you dare to have fun? Do you dare to give yourself grace after having done something out of your comfort zone? Or maybe still a bit in your comfort zone and say to yourself “Job well done!” That’s what today’s Monday Motivational Message (or Magic not sure yet) is about. Let’s go do it and worry about what might go haywire later. I’m not asking you to be irresponsible, but there’s a big difference between having to muster up the courage to do something so unknown and actually doing something that you should have thought about a little bit better. What will you be doing? What’s holding you back? Let me know and if you want to read about it, be sure to go to https://www.ladylexy.com/blog/dareyourself

MMM S1E6: How to learn a new skill in a way that fits you best

Do what fits you best is today’s topic. It something that sounds so easy, if it wouldn’t be for us listening to others and what they claim is what we should do. If you think about that one thing you would like to do, when could you do it best, without spending hours on end (especially when you need to do other stuff as well). Instead, figure out what time is best for you under your circumstances. Try to find a rhythm that suits you best. What’s that one thing you want to work on and how are you going to make this happen without overdoing it? Let me know. If you want to know read more about this topic go to https://www.ladylexy.com/blog/whatfitsyoubest

    MMM S1E4 - Experimenting

Experimenting can be just as much fun and exciting as it can be frustrating. By knowing why you do it and what to expect and what you can do, it becomes easier. If you want that change, it’s time to experiment. https://www.ladylexy.com/blog/mmmexperiment Let’s dedicate this week to Experimenting in order to achieve Change. What would you like to do, possibly improve, try for the first time, which you have been postponing and why? I challenge you to experience that rush that comes with committing yourself to change by starting an experiment. It requires one step a time. It requires you to committing to this challenge and hence change. It requires you taking that first step. What will you commit to?
