    nature's pace

    waking up to SNOW in Vancouver BC, I am inspired to move at nature's pace in all that I am, and do. Not rushed, but simply embracing + enjoying the different rhythms life comes at, just like the pace of the snow falling from the sky :) let us keep doing what is NATURAL for us humans hehe.     let the body take over

    my dream reminding me that the body doesn't overcomplicate things like the mind. it only does what's NATURAL.. like helping us get that mucus out of our bodiessssss haha. have a beautiful day everyone and happy tapping more into our bodies and it's super powers!:) Mitra

    Patience baby

    A morning ep inspired by Insight Timer's ~ Jonathan Lehmann "Morning Meditation with Music". In his meditation he mentions an affirmation, "I cultivate patience and by doing so I also cultivate self confidence" and it made me pause and think about how these 2 things are connected, as well as all the other beautiful things patience can be helping us cultivate in our lives.. perhaps some even unknowingly :) Happy Saturday everyone!! xx -Mitra

    does it need to be on my mind right now?

    I was just walking home from my gym realizing I was disconnected from my surroundings, living in my mind, filled with many thoughts from a full day. I catch myself asking "does this need to be on my mind right now"? and what I really seek is to simply connect with the present moment right in front me, the nature right in front of me.. and the peace that awaits right in front of me.. as I bring my awareness fully to all that surrounds me 3 Happy recognizing where your awareness truly wants to be :) What's coming up for you? xx- Mitra

    your daily wins

    Evening journal seshes dumping out all the little (and big) WINS from your day just hits different. Not only is it a great way to take some time to reflect from your the day, but also train your subconscious mind to notice the small wins from your day (that deserve some acknowledgement from yourself too ;)) 3 have a beautiful evening or day wherever you may beeeee xx - Mitra

    tapping into joy

    Some thoughts on how I'm experiencing when we tap into the frequency of joy and excitement, it sets us in a new place energetically. A place where worries and stress feel more manageable and new perspectives can be born naturally. Instead of focusing so much on the stress factor at hand, I'm shown.. perhaps if I focus on raising my frequency first (ex.- doing something that brings me purpose and joy) that will serve as my foundation on how I approach everything. Plus some chats on how early mornings have played a part in creating that quiet space before the world wakes up to play with joy! (It's July when I'm posting this now.. and I gotta say I am still LOVING my early mornings.. I'm sold hehe). How are early mornings for you? :) Have a great day everyone!!! xx- Mitra

    everything is temporary

    a morning reminder from a luscious pink sky, that nothing is constant in this life, and to embrace each stage, each moment's beauty. To not hold on when the picture changes.. may we thank it, let it go with grace, which then in turn creates space to enjoy the newly presented painting of presence.
