Migrants take many paths. Some travel through sea, some cross treacherous deserts, some go through several countries to get to safety. Their faces are the nameless many we see addressed on TV as 'illegals' and 'dangerous.' This project is an engagement with the materiality of migration. We invite you to listen to migrant stories and reflect on the nature of 'home' through the lens of objects that remind us of home. What's one thing you would pack in your backpack that would always remind you of home? What if you only had an hour to decide?
