I’m Amanda, a nutritional therapist with over 14 years of experience, and the author of Feel Good for Menopause. I spend much of my work supporting women over 40, 50, and 60 as they navigate the changes that come with this stage of life. So much shifts in our second half of life, yet many women don’t receive the information they need to age with strength, confidence, and optimism. This podcast was created to change that. It helps women understand their nutritional needs and support their health in a simple, realistic way. I share up-to-date nutrition and lifestyle advice you can easily apply to everyday life. Nutrition and lifestyle guidance for women who expect more from their wellbeing.
