    June is Prolapse awareness month and in this interview, we meet Cara McDougall who is an experienced pelvic health physiotherapist based out of Toronto.  After observing that many of her clients were waiting months to get a pessary fitting, Cara proactively decided to do something about it.  In 2018, Cara established the  Toronto Pessary Clinic in response to an ever-increasing demand for accessibility to knowledgeable, compassionate health care professionals trained to assess and fit pessaries for women seeking conservative management for conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence.     Brooke Hohenadel is very passionate about helping people get good quality sleep each night. Her passion for healthy sleep began with her own story: she was postpartum, waking multiple times a night, helping her 5 month old and doing all a lot on her own because her husband who had a broken leg. It was a minor incident in the middle of the night which led her to realize that sleep deprivation was severely impacting her physical and mental health - and that it was time to find a solution.  After fixing her own sleep problems she was inspired to help others get the same results.  Since 2015 Brooke has helped hundreds of families and individuals fall in love with sleep again through her work as a certified sleep specialist.  If sleep is something that could use some improvement in your life, have a listen to this very helpful interview.
