    What happens when the pursuit of power replaces self-governance, reason, and individual responsibility? On this episode of Why Are We Here on Earth, T.A. examines the evolution of American government and argues that the country has moved far from the principles envisioned by its founders.     America's founders didn't just want a new country — TA argues they wanted to live up to the prophecy made in Jeremiah 18. This episode lays out why the Senate and judiciary were designed to inform, not limit, the executive; why "public figure" once meant something specific and demanding; and why TA believes we're at a fork in the road right now.
