    Ep 62 - Listening to Your Emotions Instead of Ignoring Them

    Many of us move through life carrying emotions we haven't fully acknowledged. We're busy. We have responsibilities. We keep going. But our feelings don't disappear just because we ignore them. In this episode, I'm reflecting on a recent journaling prompt and exploring the idea that emotions may be messengers rather than problems to solve.     Ep 61 - How to be your own best friend

    In this episode I talk about what it means to become your own best friend and how to truly have your own back. Because we spend our whole lives with ourselves. And the relationship we build with ourselves shapes everything: how we create, how we show up, how we move through challenges.     Ep 59 - What if you don't wait until you feel ready?

    Back in Spain again for a while, I took my phone down to the beach on Monday morning to test my writing system in a new environment. I had no topic or clear idea what to talk about. And definitely some resistance before I left the house. But I went anyway. In this episode, I’m sharing what happens when you start creating before you feel ready. Before you have anything meaningful to say. I talk about the resistance that shows up (even when we know something works), how momentum is created through imperfect action, and why waiting for readiness can quietly delay creativity. Sometimes the first few minutes feel like rambling. Like mental morning pages. Random observations. But if you stay with it, something shifts. An idea appears. And often, that one small idea is all you need for the week.
