#19: Move like your future depends on it (because it does)

When did taking care of our bodies start feeling so hard? Three women twice my age were holding their legs up in a barre class while I was shaking and out of breath. That moment changed how I see movement, self-care, and what it really means to take care of my future self.

#18: Stretch your happiness beyond the present - The AER Model

What if most of your happiness doesn’t actually happen in the moment? In this episode, we dive into the three stages of joy: anticipation, the event itself, and recall. We'll explore how to stretch your happiness before, during, and after life’s moments. You’ll learn why expectations so often steal our joy, how to replace them with open-handed anticipation, and simple ways to relive your best memories again and again.

#17: Your 20s are NOT the best years of your life...

#16: How to feel joy intentionally

Joy isn’t a reward you get after figuring out your whole life... joy is THE WAY to live a life filled with life. In this episode, I’m breaking down why waiting to be happy doesn’t work, and how to start choosing joy right now, even while things feel messy, uncertain, or unfinished. This isn’t about toxic positivity, it’s about taking your joy seriously!!!

#15: You will never find "balance" (and that's okay).

In this episode, Andrea talks about the idea of balance and why trying to find it might actually be making life harder. We’re always told that balance is the goal, but what if life isn’t meant to be perfectly even? Instead of trying to juggle everything just right, what if we focused on being present for whatever season we’re in? Let's explore a different way to look at balance—one that feels a lot more doable and a lot less stressful.

#14: Adulthood doesn’t mean giving up what makes you happy

In this episode, Andrea shares her journey of rediscovering dance after years of believing she had outgrown it. She dives into the lies we tell ourselves about adulthood, the importance of making time for what brings us joy, and how hobbies aren’t just fun—they’re essential for our well-being. If you’ve ever felt like it’s too late to return to something you love, this episode is your reminder that joy isn’t something you have to give up just because you’ve grown up.
