    We Are Human

    Send a text An episode sharing some thoughts of  events that occurred recently with Healthcare workers, the need for more protection, security and the idea that although frontline workers are there to care for others loved ones, show compassion and dignity, our loved are waiting and expecting us to actually make it home. Remember to use your Mental Health crisis line in your countries/cities if you need some support, there is other supports like therapy that you can reach out to as well.     Birthday's...Getting Older, Lessons Learned or a Time to Reflect?

We can think we will be further in life, or have had done more things, but the truth is, lets just enjoy life, make the memories, do the things, and celebrate the small things. Birthdays are hard for some, easy for a few, complicated for a couple, and joyous for many!  So how we approach our day is okay, its valid and if it means eating the cake, or just going to work and making it another day, THATS OK!  And for those who say age is just a number...tell that to my body who thinks its 60 at least! haha

    Having Some Fun, While Being In the Trenches

    Send a text This episode, allowed a woman to open up about her daily walk in motherhood/parenthood, how she copes, what her best hacks are, any advice she may have or just some wholesome conversation when it comes to raising tiny humans. Entering that season of life, is unknown for a lot of people, it does not come with a manual, and its not a one size fits all approach. Often times its met with lots of grace, patience, fear, anxiety, compassion, unhealthy sleep habits and copious amounts of caffeine. Every household will look different, routines, schedules and what works for some wont work for the next, but everyone is just out here doing their best with every circumstance given.

    Anxiety Doesn't Always Have To Be Heavy

I speak out about Anxiety and what goes along with it, the trials, the ups and downs,  in hopes that it offers compassion, offers someone hope that we can find light through Anxiety, that it does not have to have a chokehold on us and our life. That there are many avenues to take and resources, ,although they may often not help or be for everyone, but there is something out there for someone.

    ADHD....A stigma?!?

    Send a text This episode took some courage on my husbands part, he advocates for this specific part of his life, but also does not share or open up about it with many. The stigma from society around disorders and mental health can be so limiting for someone, and  unfortunately as you hear took and has taken great impact on my husband. Whether its friendships or family, especially for us its been beneficial to educate ourselves, as well as develop some understanding. Overcoming some big hurdles, building the boundaries, and creating a life for himself that he wants, has been really something to see, To say I am proud of him, is an understatement. His unapologetic take on where he stands, where he's going and what he no longer will allow has been detrimental. Take a listen and gain some perspective, some positivity, or maybe his story is a way to come out of a dark space.
