    This week we L.Love discusses parenting as she manages the chronic illness of MS. One of the hardest parts of parenting in her case has been believing she is enough to even be a good parent. This battle is not just with her, but this is a misconception that most parents face! But we can all learn and adapt and overcome to challenges that once made us feel unable or “disabled”. Because “behind every MSconception is the truth!

    msconceptionz ep 5: making peace with changing seasons when you love being in control

    In this episode we discuss dealing with seasons changing in your life. Its difficult to come to peace with things you cannot control. Through the lens of dealing with MS a very unpredictable disease, LLove discusses how she has been able to navigate changing seasons in her life and the misconception that your season or journey must resemble those around you to be legitimate. But the truth is we just need to be to faithful in the season and grace that God gave you not your neighbor.

    In this episode we talk boundaries! More specifically how you can set boundaries for yourself for your emotions. Its a different way to look at "self discipline" to take care of yourself. L. Love learned to do this through her journey with MS and managing her emotions through various symptoms that have taken her through a range of emotions. She learned and continues to learn to take things day by day moment by moment with keeping her emotions within a boundary she can manage.
