    (Ep. 002) How To Build Your Confidence While Identifying Your Insecurities.

    Building confidence requires a combination of self-awareness, positive mindset, courage, and consistent effort. It's about understanding your strengths and weaknesses, believing in your abilities, facing challenges head-on, and continuously striving to improve yourself. Confidence also grows through experience, learning from both successes and failures, and surrounding yourself with supportive people who encourage and uplift you.  Identifying your insecurities involves a lot of introspection and reflection. Finding the root causes of exactly what your insecurities are and being honest with yourself about them. Identifying the triggers to understand exactly what is it that is causing them so you can begin the process of improving on them.  We have an honest conversation about what confidence looks like vs what insecurities look like, while giving examples of our personal experiences that helped us. Sometimes it can be unintentional while other times we're very aware that we're doing it. There are so many different forms of stereotyping.
